The Ministry of an Altar Worker

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" I John 1:9 As an altar worker, you will follow in the ministry of "Helps." You will birth new babies into the Kingdom of God as well as helping other Christians move closer to God. AT THE ALTAR Down at the altar, under the power of the Holy Spirit, we pray with people. It is here where lives are changed and people are set free from the bondage of sin! It once was said, "The Altar Worker will receive many blessings. These blessings are the many souls added to the Kingdom of God." AS AN ALTAR WORKER As an altar worker you will be active in the ministry of reconciliation, the call of God that all Christians have. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 says “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men's sin against them. TRAINING We supply a comprehensive training program for our workers. It teaches in depth procedures on how to become the best altar worker and servant for our Lord Jesus Christ that we can be. DISCIPLESHIP CLASS We here at Kingsway Fellowship offer a Discipleship Class for new believers in Christ. It is an 8 week course designed to provide basic bible instruction. We highly recommend this class to all new believers, as it will help you to mature in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. See you there!
